The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 331(3), 305(a) of BNS, in Crime No.627 of 2025 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned 1/3

Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner had already arrested in this case and was also produced before the Judicial Magistrate. However, the Judicial Magistrate did not pass any remand order. Since the petitioner has already been arrested and was released by the learned Magistrate without being remanded to judicial custody, this Court is of the opinion that there is no apprehension of arrest.
