COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) These cases are taken up today under the caption "for being mentioned".
2. Registry has pointed out that, in the common order dated 10.02.2026 passed in the writ petitions, name of respondent No.12 has been omitted to be mentioned in the cause-title of W.P.No.48633 of 2025. Registry also pointed out that in the prayer portion of W.P.No.48633 of 2025, the file number has been wrongly mentioned.
3. In view of the above, the following corrections are directed to be made in the order dated 10.02.2026:
(a) At page 4 of the order (cause-title), after respondent No.11, the Registry is directed to add:
"12.The District Collector, Chengalpattu, Chengalpattu Collectorate, GST Road, Chengalpattu-603 001."
(b) Similarly, in the same page 4 (prayer), the Registry is directed to correct the file number as "File No.CMDA/PP/
HRB/S/0121/2024".
