ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2025 in LAOP No.799 of 2024, within a time frame, fixed by this court.
2. The petitioner herein, claimed herself as one of the purchaser of subject property from the claimant, who was arrayed as first respondent filed impleading applicatoin in I.A.No.3 of 2025 in LAOP No.799 of 2024. The main LAOP has been filed pertaining to the acquisition of land comprised in S.No.116/417, Valasaravakkam Village.

3. The learned land acquisition officer made a reference under Section 76 of Right of Compensation Act, since he was not in a position to decide about the person, who entitled to get compensation. The petitioner is one of the nine persons and hence, she filed an application in I.A.No.3 of 2025 seeking her impleadment in the main LAOP proceedings and the said application has not been disposed of. Hence, the petitioner has come before this court.
4. The petitioner seeks her impleadment in the LAOP proceedings, in her capacity as purchaser of the property from the original owner, who was arrayed as claimant in the main LAOP. Taking into consideration the said circumstances, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur is directed to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2025 in LAOP No.799 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
