O R D E R

The petitioner, who is the son of the Convict Prisoner, namely, Kuppusamy, S/o.Krishnan, aged 66 years seeks Ordinary Leave for her father on the ground that the convict has been undergoing incarceration for more than 13 years. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 12.05.2025 to the respondents and the same has not been considered till now. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 12.05.2025 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
