(In Provisional Liquidation). c) To approve the fee structure as specified in para 6 for counsel Advocate Shri.Kamal Kant Jha for representing and conducting SLP(C) No.9330/2023 before Honourable Supreme Court of India.

d) To permit the Official Liquidator to meet out the Professional fee to the maximum of Rs.85,000/- (As per Annexure -'C') out of the funds of the company in Provisional Liquidation. e) To direct the cost of this application do come out of the funds of the company in Provisional Liquidation.

ORDER

By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to make payment to the advocate engaged before the Supreme Court of India in SLP.No.9330 of 2023 in respect of Shri Renuga Textiles Ltd (In Provisional Liquidation).

2. Upon examining the report of the Official Liquidator dated 22.10.2025 in support of the application and being satisfied that the payment is required to be made, the application is allowed.
