The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner herein had earlier approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28416 of 2025 seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.Not Known and that this Court, vide order dated 17.10.2025, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police for enquiry and further directed the respondent Police to complete the investigation within a period of three weeks from 17.10.2025. Therefore, pursuant to the said order, the petitioner was called only for enquiry and was not harassed by the respondent Police. In view of the above, both the petitioner and the first respondent Police are directed to comply with the directions issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28416 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025. 2/4

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
