ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 28.08.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for sub-division and for issuance of separate patta to the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.

Heard Mr.J.Antony Jesus, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate for respondent. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that at the time of sub-division of the property, the cart track was wrongly included in the patta land belonging to the petitioner. This mistake had crept in during the UDR scheme. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation before the respondent on 28.08.2025 to make the necessary correction and for proper sub-division of the property and for issuance of a separate patta. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 28.08.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and final orders shall be passed within a period of

twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
