ORDER

When the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.1773 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vilupuram. Only summons have been issued against the petitioner.

2. In view of the above submissions, I am of the view that there is no apprehension of arrest and after receiving the summons, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned magistrate. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
