ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify condition in para 6 (c) imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 23.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25112 of 2025, that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation; 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that only three days the petitioner has complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and thereafter not complied with.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25112 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for investigation".

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
