This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioners on 23.09.2025 wherein the petitioners are seeking correction of name in the patta.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent produced the instructions received from the respondent. It is seen that the representation made by the petitioners has already been acted upon and orders are going to be passed.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
