ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for cancellation of the bail granted to the petitioner on the ground that the respondents have not surrender before the learned Magistrate concerned within the stipulated period 1/4
and failed to appear before the third respondent police as directed by this Court and also have not refunded the cheated amount of Rs.47,00,00,000/- nor appeared for further enquiry.
2. I have gone through the anticipatory bail order granted to the respondents 1 and 2 in Crl.O.P.No.18031 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025.
3. In the order it is stated that the respondents 1 and 2 shall surrender before the concerned Magistrate within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is reported by the learned counsel for the private respondents/respondents 1 and 2 that they have already executed the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18031 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025, and they are complying other conditions. 4.Considering the above, there is no violation of the earlier anticipatory bail already granted to the respondents 1 and 2 in Crl.O.P.No.18031 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025 and hence, the present petition is liable to be dismissed.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 18.11.2025 ssi 2/4
