This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds in commensurate to his qualification.

2. On perusal of records, it reveals that the petitioner submitted application seeking appointment on compassionate grounds on the demise of petitioner's mother and still it is pending for consideration.

3.
