ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28470 of 2025, dated 17.10.2025, that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate 1, Chidambaram, daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation" instead of "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for the period of three weeks and thereafter as and when requires for interrogation". 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition imposed on him vide order dated 17.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28470 of 2025 and that the respondent police continuously harassing the petitioner by way of implicating false case against him, therefore prays to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28470 of 2025.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side). 4.

Considering the submissions of both sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28470 of 2025, dated 17.10.2025 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate 1, Chidambaram, everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
