ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st and 2 nd respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 17.07.2025, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. 2.Heard Mr.V.Gunasekar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf
3/6 of respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.L.Baskaran learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent.
3.It is seen from records that the patta has already been issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.171. The petitioner submitted an application on 17.07.2025 along with necessary charges for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction the 1 st and 2 nd respondents to conduct the survey in the subject property based on the patta that has already been issued in favour of the petitioner and such process shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
