ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the applications submitted by the petitioner on 12.02.2025 and 15.10.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the demarcation of the subject property and to fix the boundaries. 2.Heard Mr.D.Bharathy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3/6 3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property through a registered Sale Deed registered as Document No.561 of 2022. The petitioner is also relying upon Patta No.1353. The petitioner submitted applications on 12.02.2025 and 15.02.2025, for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 15.10.2025 and to conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title documents and patta that stands in the name of the petitioner and complete the process, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
