ORDER
This petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed on petitioner that he shall report before the Judicial Magistrate Court on every working day at 10.30 a.m and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 AM on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27365 of 2025 in order dated 03.10.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27365 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
