ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner representation dated 30.05.2025 and consequently issue directions to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner as per the allotment order made by the 2nd respondent for the house situated at M11/8 at Uppilipalayam, 272, Planning scheme.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was initially allotted the house at No.M14/14 under Uppilipalayam Planning Scheme vide Lr.No.AL11/600/2013 dated 06.08.2014 and petitioner was paying the installment amount as per the said letter. Subsequently, the 2nd respondent has issued another letter dated 18.01.2016, stating that the petitioner was allotted the house at No.M11/8 instead of M14/14. Thereafter, the house No.M11/8 was handed over to the petitioner in the year 2017 and he is in occupation of the property since then. It is the further case of the petitioner that he has paid the entire amount as regards the house No.M11/8 on 16.08.2023 and petitioner thereafter, has made a representation dated 30.05.2025 to the respondents to execute the sale deed in respect of the house No.M11/8 in favour of the petitioner. However, her representation has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2025 within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and to execute the sale deed in respect of flat no.M11 at Uppilipalayam, 272, Planning Scheme, in favour of the petitioner, if the petitioner had paid the entire amount.
