the respondents 1 and 2 to take up the consequential follow up action pursuant to the 2nd respondent's order in Letter No.DEE/TNPCB/Comp./F.No.326/2002-3 dated 6.6.2002 against the respondents 3 and 4 to seal the flour mill forthwith and consequently to direct the 5th respondent to disconnect the power connection at Old No.23, New No.2, Reddiarpalayam 1st Street, West Tambaram, Chennai - 600 045.

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 and 4 for the unauthorised construction, unauthorised erection of machinery and unauthorised running of a flour mill and to stop running of the Mill forthwith.
