ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.02.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 450, and 397 of IPC, 1860 in Crime No. 160 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 16.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 28289 of 2025.

3. The earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No. 28289 of 2025 dated 16.10.2025 was dismissed on the following grounds: "6.Considering the submissions of the learned Counsel on either side,the petitioner is absconded nearly four years and committal proceedings yet to be completed and also ten previous cases are pending against the petitioner and this Court is not inclined to grant bail at this stage to the petitioner."

4. Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, and this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
