O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the order dated 09.09.2025 passed in WMP No.37876 of 2025 in W.P.No.33753 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, on 09.09.2025, while adjourning W.P.No.33753 of 2025 by two weeks, had directed the respondents not to precipitate the matter; thereafter, the petitioner had sent a notice on 29.09.2025 to the respondents not to precipitate the matter; however, the respondents have violated the order and hence, the present contempt petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the writ petition has been filed inter alia challenging the posting order dated 20.08.2025; this Court, while issuing notice, had directed the respondents not to precipitate the matter; the petitioner herein has not joined in the transferred post till date; however, the respondents have not taken any disciplinary action against the petitioner even if she has not joined the post and the respondents have not precipitated the matter as alleged by the petitioner and hence no contempt petition lies against the respondents.

4. As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), subsequent to the orders passed by this Court on 09.09.2025, the respondents have not precipitated the matter by taking any action. I do not find any case has been made out for contempt. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
