This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to comply with the order dated 01.07.2024, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Alandur, in CMP No.1958 of 2024 and to register FIR and conduct investigation on the complaint dated 02.05.2024, pertaining to CSR No.470 of 2024, on the file of the respondent herein.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Alandur, would be complied with within a period of two weeks.
