ORDER

(made by N.Sathish Kumar, J.) This writ petition (criminal) has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2025 and grant 28 days ordinary leave to the petitioner's husband viz. Gurubalan, son of Appavu, aged 46 years, PID No.2153, Convict Prisoner, now confined in the Central Prison, Cuddalore. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2025 was rejected by the first respondent vide order dated

08.09.2025. He also produced a photocopy of the order dated 08.09.2025 before this Court.

In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this writ petition (criminal) is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
