This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.34087 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34087 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025 has been complied with and he has filed Memo of compliance, dated 04.12.2025 along with the proceedings of the Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation (Villupuram), dated 20.11.2025, to that effect. 3.

Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition stands closed as nothing survives for adjudication.
