ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25740 of 2021 dated 21.07.2022.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25740 of 2021 dated 21.07.2022 has been complied with and a copy of FIR in Crime No.512 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 342 and 506 (II) I.P.C., has also been produced to that effect. 3.

Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition stands closed as nothing survives for adjudication.
