When the contempt petition is taken for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the representation of the petitioner was considered by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram and he passed an order in his Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2820/2025/Aa1, dated 01.12.2025. The copy of the order passed by the said Officer is also furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order dated 01.12.2025, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
