ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.08.2025, seeking release of gratuity for the years service rendered by the petitioner from 2012 to 2023 in the institute of second and third respondents College.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent. Perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
