ORDER

Mr.A.Mohamed Ismail, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Ms.V. Srimathi, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents. 2.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, with the consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 3.The petitioners' limited prayer is seeking a direction to the 1 st respondent, to pass a Resolution framing a final scheme, pursuant to the draft

scheme already submitted by the 3 rd respondent as early as on 18.08.2022.

4.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the Board is yet to be constituted and suitable action would be taken immediately thereafter. In the light of the fact that the Draft Scheme has been forwarded by the 3 rd respondent even in August 2022, I am inclined to direct the respondents to frame the final scheme, within a period of eight weeks from the date of which the Board is constituted.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
