O R D E R
The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 and 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.148 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. It is seen that, this Court on 27.06.2025 dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.17758 of 2025 by stating the following reasons:
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner has three previous cases of similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier anticipatory bail petition.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 2/4
