ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the Criminal Revision in Crl.M.P.No.12352/2025 in Crl.R.C.No.697/2025.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in order dated 27.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.12352/2025 in Crl.R.C.No.697/2025, accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial court once in two month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Criminal Revision.

4. In the result, this petition is allowed.
