This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 31.08.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of the boundaries.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that she is the absolute owner of the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 20.09.2024 in document No.4472 of 2024 on the file of the SRO, Pochampalli. The petitioner submitted an online 2/4

application on 31.08.2025, for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of the property. Since the same was not considered, a representation was made on 31.08.2025 and the same also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 31.08.2025 and conduct survey in the subject property and complete the process within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, survey shall be conducted in their presence. If the 2 nd respondent requires police protection, the 2 nd respondent can seek protection from the th respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. 03.11.2025 Index : Yes/No gya 3/4
