This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 483 days in filing the above said Criminal Revision Petition against the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur in Crl.A.No.7 of 2023 dated 15.03.2024 confirming the Judgment of th learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 at Perambalur in C.C.No.219 of 2012

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 483 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
