This petition is filed to condone the delay of 192 days in representing the above C.M.A. Sr. No. 128381 of 2024.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same in usual course.

4. It is made clear that the petitioner will not be entitled for any interest for the default period, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
