O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif at Pochampalli to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2013, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The respondents herein filed a suit seeking declaration of title and permanent injunction against the defendants. The suit is of the year 2013.

3. A perusal of the typed-set of papers would indicate the pleadings of the parties are completed as early as July-2015. The issues were framed on 07.10.2017 and the suit was posted for trial. However, thereafter, there is no substantial progress. Therefore, the petitioners have come before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the year of the suit and also the fact there is no substantial progress in the suit for the past eight years, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif, Pochampalli to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
