Sebasthiyar, Christian, aged about 26 years is now confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce him before this Court and set him at liberty. petitioner's Husband detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982 For Petitioner :

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 12.08.2025 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.5022, Home, Prohibition

and Excise (XII) Department.

3. In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in the above habeas corpus petition.

4. Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
