Mr.S.Prabhakaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents and particularly fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's letter dated 26.08.2025 to pay Rs.2,00,479/- (Two Lakhs Four Hundred and Seventy Nine) along with interest rate of 24% per annum to the petitioner company within a time stipulated by this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an advertising agency and further submitted that the second respondent placed orders regularly to the petitioner and 2/4

vide order dated 10.04.2023, the second respondent planced an order to effect two newspaper publications one in Times of India and another in Daily Thanthi and the petitioner also recommended essential charges of the said publication and submitted the bill claiming a sum of Rs.2,00,479/-, however, till date the amount was not settled. The learned counsel further submitted that this Court may, without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's letter dated 26.08.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's letter dated 26.08.

2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 12.11.
