This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 1st Respondent to dispose petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2024 and consequently settle the loan amount in the 2nd Respondent society.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
