ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.08.2025 under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Perused the materials available on record.

3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner lodged a complaint under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007 and the same is pending on the file of the third respondent. 4.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and fourth respondent and affording them an opportunity of hearing, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
