This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.622 of 2022, dated 13.09.2022 which is pending investigation before the respondent police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, FIR in Crime No. 622 of 2022 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 323, 324 & 506(II) IPC and after investigation, final report has been filed in E.Filing No.LTN20220002713C202500869 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram on 06.11.2025.
