This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 457 days in preferring this Revision petition against the order in Crl.A.No.70 of 2023 dated 28.03.2024 by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 457 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
