ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 17.07.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for removal of the classification given to the petitioner's land as Government Poramboke land.

3/6 2.Heard Mr.K.Gandhi Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.It is seen that the 4th respondent already submitted a report before the 3rd respondent during February 2025 and even thereafter, no further steps were taken. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to place the entire files before the 2nd respondent along with the report and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent shall pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law. The entire process shall be completed, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
