O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to disburse the differential sum of Gratuity and Leave Encashment benefits to the petitioner based on Dearness Allowance revision with effect from 01.01.2024 with interest at the rate of 8 percentage per annum from the said date of entitlement to till the date of actual disbursement.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to disburse the differential sum of Gratuity and Leave Encashment benefits to the petitioner based on Dearness Allowance revision with effect from 01.01.2024 with applicable interest, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
