The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in OS.No.311 of 2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The respondent herein filed a suit for declaration of title and permanent injunction against the petitioner. The petitioner entered appearance and filed his written statement on 15-07-2025. Thereafter, the suit was posted for framing of issues. It is seen from the adjudication papers that the suit is in the stage of framing of issues. The present suit is of the year 2025 and issues are not framed. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to issue any positive direction to the trial court at this stage. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew the request after substantial progress in the trial. No costs.
