This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 147 days in filing the above Criminal Revision against Crl.M.P.No.47 of 2024, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court NO.I, Arakkonam, Ranipet District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 147 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
