ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to dispose the petitioners representation dated 07.10.2025 by conducting enquiry by call for production of documents by the 3rd respondent and cut off the electricity Connection bearing No. 09-288 - 036 498 having Door no 10, 100 Feet, Tharamani Link raod, Velacherry, Chennai.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property in an extent of 3022 sq. ft., Block No.46, T.S.No.57 (Old S.No.283/1) situated at Velacherry Taluk, No.10, 100 Feet, Tharamani Link Road, Sambandham Garden, Velacherry, Chennai. Without knowledge of the petitioner, the third respondent obtained electricity connection and the same is liable to be cut off. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation on 07.10.2025 to the respondents with the above said pryer and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted

that the representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is passed against the third respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2025, after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
