ORDER

The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.09.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 308(4), 351(3) and 311 of BNS in Crime No.504 of 2025, seek bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 16.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28388 of 2025 by observing as follows: "6. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioners and considering the facts that there are six previous cases are pending against the first petitioner and three previous cases are pending against the second petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the first and second petitioners."

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the fact that the investigation of this case is still pending, the previous antecedents of the petitioner and the present bail petition is filed without any change of circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier bail application in Crl.O.P.No.28388 of 2025, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
