ORDER
This Contempt Petition arises out of the Order dated 29.07.2025 in W.P.No.27283 of 2025 passed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that pursuant to the Order dated 29.07.2025 in W.P.No.27283 of 2025 passed by this Court, Petitioner presented the Preliminary Partition Decree before the 2nd Respondent for registration, but, the 2nd Respondent refused to register the same and issued a Refusal Check Slip to the Petitioner.
3. The above submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner has been conceded by the learned Special Government Pleader appeared for Respondents, who would submit that in the aforesaid order, this Court directed the concerned Respondent to register the Preliminary Partition Decree, only if it is otherwise is order. There is no direction issued by this Court to register the Preliminary Partition Decree. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the Refusal Check Slip issued by the 2nd Respondent, she would challenge the same.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to challenge the Refusal Check Slip issued by the 2nd Respondent, in the manner known to law, if Petitioner is aggrieved by the same. 23-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-Speaking Order mrr
