This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 209 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Mr.S.P.Yuaraj, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent, stated that he has no objection to this petition being allowed.

Though notice has been served on the 2nd respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, none appears on his behalf.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 209 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
