I had directed the Divisional Engineer, Highways Department, (Construction and Maintenance), Divisional Office, Ariyalur, to furnish the records relating to a road being laid from Vikramangalam to Kadambur in Ariyalur Taluk and District. To enable Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal to do the needful, I adjourned the matter today. 2.When I took up the matter today, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, Additional Government Pleader reports that a certified copy of the documents have been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner, which he has duly acknowledged. Hence, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this case.
