This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 83 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal against the order made in M.C.O.P.No.663 of 2022 dated 13.03.2024 by the learned Special Subordinate Judge, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 83 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission in due course.
