Prayer in W.P.No.41671 of 2025: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order dated 25.10.2025 of the 1st Respondent herein in respect of the work of widening from Intermediate Lane of Two Lane at Km 22/6 23/700 and strengthening at Km 22/4 - 25/6 of Mookanur- Harur Road Reconstruction of Culvert at Km 23/8 (i) (SLM 104) pursuant to the Tender Notice No.42/2025-2026/HDO dated 19.09.2025 of the 1st respondent herein quash the same and subsequently direct the 1st respondent to take into consideration the petitioners bid for the said works by issuing the certificates as prayed for.
